One-legged pigeon splits

Apart from a couple of backbends poses like bridge, camel, bow, and wheel poses that we do in normal classes, we don't see many other backbends that involve full shoulder rotation and hip extension in the same pose.   One-legged pigeon splits are a great way to open up your shoulders and hips leaving you feeling spacious,  flexible, and free.
